The Doors was an American rock band formed in 1965 in Los Angeles, California by vocalist Jim Morrison, keyboardist Ray Manzarek, drummer John Densmore, and guitarist Robby Krieger. They are considered a controversial and influential band, due mostly to Morrison’s cryptic lyrics and unpredictable stage persona. After Morrison’s death on July 3, 1971, the remaining members continued as a threesome until disbanding in 1973.
Despite a career that barely totaled eight years, The Doors still enjoy a huge cult following as well as status in the mainstream music industry as being hugely influential and original. According to the RIAA, they have sold over 32.5 million albums in the US alone.
In Concert is a live double album, recorded by The Doors. The album’s performances is culled from a variety of different concerts and releases. In Concert includes all the tracks from Absolutely Live (with all but one track appearing on disc one with the remaining track on disc two) and Alive, She Cried. The three remaining tracks come from An American Prayer, Live at the Hollywood Bowl and one previously unreleased.

This is one of Yngwie’s finest performances. As someone who has often been guilty excessive playing and/or stage arrogance, this concert takes a different direction. "Live At Budokan" comes across as more of a band effort than an "…;Yngwie-spotlight". The sound mixes are very good; loud keyboards and bass. Malmsteens guitar tone is prominenet, but subdued and clean sounding. The band is super tight as well. "Never Die" and "Forever One" are the real gems in this show! This marks one of the era’s where Yngwie exercised more humility, and the end result is a much better show!
